This canoe route is a Museum favourite, and we love adventuring in our own backyard: the beautiful Kawartha Highlands Provincial Park.
This co-ed, five-day flatwater trip offers an ideal opportunity to build backcountry camping and wilderness tripping skills. Each day includes paddling, portaging, and plenty of time for play as we travel between campsites. Campers develop essential skills, including cooking, setting up tents and tarps, and learning how to camp comfortably and safely.
