Paddle & Pint is a relaxed, guided paddling experience designed for adults who want to build their canoeing skills while enjoying the company of fellow paddlers.
Led by experienced instructor Trevor White, this non-certification guided paddle blends practical instruction with a laid-back social atmosphere. As you tour Little Lake, you will refine your paddling technique to increase your efficiency, helping you move with greater ease and control. The focus is on developing a balanced, fluid paddling style grounded in rhythm, stability, and feel.
Set on the Museum’s Lakefront Campus and Little Lake in Peterborough, this welcoming, low-pressure session is ideal whether you are new to paddling or looking to fine-tune your skills in a supportive setting. Sign up as a pair to sharpen your tandem canoeing skills, or register as an individual to improve your solo paddling technique - both are welcome.
After your time on the water, stay for a relaxed social hour to connect with fellow paddlers. Your first drink is included—because great conversations flow even better after a good paddle.🍺
This course is for participants aged 19 and older.
